Neelina Chatterjee, Founder & Sole Proprietor

Mrs. Neelina Chatterjee, founder and sole proprietor of NQUEST Law, is a specialized litigation lawyer with over 30 years of experience in corporate matters, taxation, contracts, labor laws, intellectual property management, banking-finance, and corporate-commercial transactions, among other areas. After graduating from the University of Delhi, Campus Law Centre in 1990, she began her legal career as a trainee at Amarchand & Mangaldas (A&M) Solicitors & Advocates in New Delhi. Subsequently, she led the firm in opening the branch of A&M in Kolkata, where she was associated with the firm for more than 21 years. Mrs. Chatterjee has extensive exposure before the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India, High Court, and Lower Courts, as well as a variety of tribunals, including those for trademarks, debt recovery, national company law, consumer forums, national green, and labor.

As an accomplished and respected lawyer, Mrs. Chatterjee has been a visiting faculty member at the UCO Bank Staff College in Kolkata, delivered presentations on the Indian regulatory framework for banking at the Institute for Financial Management and Research (IFMR), and provided insights to the Institute of Chartered Accountants and the Institute of Company Secretaries in Kolkata on the various aspects of the Arbitration & Conciliation Act 1996 and its applicability to international contracts. She is also the author of several publications in leading and reputed journals/publications, including the Amity Law Review, the Calcutta Law Times, the Labour Law Journal, the Indian Journal of Juridical Sciences, the Apex Court Expressions, and the Supreme Court Journal. Under Mrs. Chatterjee's guidance, a team of experienced lawyers works tirelessly to provide seamless and swift legal services to clients on an all-India basis.
